R&D and Applications
Our R&D and applications work happens here in Queensland, on the Southport bench, where development and application sit side by side.

Our applications work, bench prototypes and small-scale trials happen alongside R&D, so a flavour and its application get developed together rather than handed across a wall.
Our flavour-science work, including EssenceLock encapsulation, is developed on the Southport bench and applied where it serves the brief.
