These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the vka.au website. They are general information about the website and are not a substitute for legal advice. AFF-VK Aromatics Int Australia Pty Ltd is the contracting party for customers in Australia and New Zealand. The parent company, Advanced Flavors & Fragrances Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), retains ownership of the VKA® brand and group intellectual property.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of vka.au. By using the site, you agree to be bound by them. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to AFF-VK Aromatics Int Australia Pty Ltd, the operator of this website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video and software, is owned by, or licensed to, AFF-VK Aromatics Int Australia Pty Ltd and other members of the VKA group, and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. VKA®is a registered trademark of Advanced Flavors & Fragrances Pte. Ltd. and is used in Australia under licence within the VKA group. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any material on this website without our prior written consent.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe the rights of any third party
  • Restrict or inhibit any other person's use of the website
  • Breach any applicable law or regulation in Australia or elsewhere

Where our liability for breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee in respect of services may be limited, it is limited at our option to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
