We trial flavours against the heat, pH, packaging and shelf-life the finished product will actually face, then refine until the profile holds up through the manufacturing run and the stated shelf life. We provide the documentation each project needs to meet Australian food standards and customer specifications: Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, allergen and ingredient declarations, and industry references where they apply. If a project needs a particular certification or attestation for its application or market, we confirm what we can provide before work starts.

Development and blending for Australian and New Zealand customers happen at our Southport, Queensland site. Production planning, QA and dispatch are run from there, with an established raw-material network behind us for supply continuity. We talk through batch size, lead time and forecasting up front so supply matches the production plan.
