Stability is part of every brief, not a separate step. We trial flavours against the heat, pH, packaging and shelf-life the finished product will actually face, then refine until the profile holds up through the manufacturing run and the stated shelf life. If a flavour does not hold, it does not leave the bench.

We provide the documentation each project needs to meet Australian food standards and customer specifications: Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, allergen and ingredient declarations, and industry references where they apply. If a project needs a particular certification or attestation for its application or market, we confirm what we can provide before work starts.

Yes. Custom flavour development is most of what we do. We work to the brief, the target application and the consumer, build prototypes, run sensory and application trials, and iterate with your technical team until the profile is right for the product.

Yes. Plant-based beverages, alt-dairy and plant-protein applications are an active area for us, including masking work to manage the off-notes that often show up in pea, soy and oat bases. We treat each application on its own terms rather than reaching for a stock approach.

Development and blending for Australian and New Zealand customers happen at our Southport, Queensland site. Production planning, QA and dispatch are run from there, with an established raw-material network behind us for supply continuity. We talk through batch size, lead time and forecasting up front so supply matches the production plan.
